Bednobs is probably correct in suggesting that the only practical way forward, for regular income, is to run your own business. The vast majority of 'work from home' jobs you see advertised are scams. (Never, ever part with any money up front in connection with such so-called 'opportunities'). However I do know of one part-time job that could bring in some extra income:
I work, on a casual basis, as a team leader and area supervisor for Deya Ltd. (So I know that they're a reputable company, who pay reasonably good money). They distribute Yellow Pages (and some other directories) across the country. Once they've been delivered, teams of telephone checkers call customers to make sure that they've received their directories. All calls are free to the people doing the checking. (They're routed via Deya's own telephone system). All that's needed is a broadband internet connection (on a phone line where rental is paid to BT), a confident telephone manner and an organised manner. If you're interested, you can apply here:
