If you are under 21 I would imagine that you would be extremely fortunate, or hugely impressive to a potential employer , to start any job at a salary of £25000. (BTW, If you have to fill in any application forms make sure you spell 'career' correctly.)

blimey do they still use the term 'civvie street' ? Do you have a gratuity die? You could use it to invest in a business.

his spelling is like this coz its just answer bank and you don't have to spell properly for you bright lot to understand, I'm sure he would fill his apps neatly and without spelling errors

YewCannotBeSerious - you can join the army at 16.

Jack, unless you are extremely well qualified (i.e. to degree level) minimum experience at £25k is a bit of a dream. You'd be best to look at the specific skills and experience you have and see how you can adapt them to the civilian workplace (transferable skills). Your army employment/resettlement advisors should be able to help you with this if you're not sure.
I know this might sound crazy but I would stay where you are, talk to careers officer in army for new path within the army. My son has just done what you are thinking and regretted it , going back in. As the other posters state the terms and conditions you have are good for your age.
"any1 have ideas for a job that requires minimum experiance but pays aroun 25k a year"

Could you let me know of one too.
I'm 41, work in logistics and am nowhere near that magical 25k!

Cabin crew perhaps with B.A?

Present yourself to logistic business premises, ie TNT, DHL, Parcel Force etc. Knocking on doors gives instant interviews; particularly at 8.30am.

Dont be undermined by spelling or lack of - that's what secretaries are employed to sort out.
"Knocking on doors gives instant interviews; particularly at 8.30am. "

Not where I work it doesn't.
doc...morning....you do and who knows, he may be.
I'm also looking for logistics jobs, although 25k is attainable there is a lot of competition from experienced professionals. This might help you, its an excellent logistics CV example for transferring from the military to 'civvie street' hope it helps, good luck with your quest sir!
