college entrance exams
4 Answers
hi, ive have recently sat an entrance exam, for a place on an access course, the exam covered biology, chemisty and physics. the college sent me some booklets to revise for the exam beforehand, but they could only provide the biology and chemistry booklets. I tried to revise the physics myself with books from the library, but i had no idea of what specific areas to concentrate on. the college have told me that i have failed the physics part of the exam and therefore i am unable to join the course.
my question is: do the college have a moral/legal obligation to at least allow me to resit the exam, now i have a better understanding of the areas covered. i cannont emphasise how much i want to get on this course and would appreciate anyones answers.
