hey guys dont know if anyone will know of anything but any links would help. Im currently a first year film and tv student in glasgow and have a real passion for it. this summer i was hoping to get a job or even some experience with a company, think it would be a great way to spend it. i understand  there is no way of getting into a big company but does any one know where to start or any production companies  i could get in touch with?/ thanks guys xx

hi there, you should try www.toptvacademy.co.uk or the production base website. I work for a production company and we use both of these websites to get work experience people. Also look on the bbc website about work experience, they have a lot of placements available but you have to apply a long way in advance. They also do training courses and their website has lots of information generally. Also loads of enthusiasm and a willingness to do anything that anyone asks you is essential. good luck!
