I have recently been booted off my job from the agency so i am now unemployed and one of my plans is to go back and finish a degree i started a few years ago but got halted. Half way through the degree, the university in question was trying to take my fee's from a wrong account and then lumped it all on me 2 weeks before i was meant to reregister. I then got told that, even though they admitted it was their fault, i still have to pay back around £1400 till i can reregister with ucas. Ive never had that kind of spare money, and definately don't now i've been laid off, so I dont know what the situation is now, but I would like to try and get a course for next year, anyone in the knowhow help?

Don't know a way to do this if you owe unpaid course fees from before. I think you would find it hard to convince the education body that you didn't know there were course fees to be paid.
