Just a quick one here! When working out the hours and you do either 4 and half hours or 4 and quarter hour do you put down 4.5 or 4.3 or (for the quarter bit) 4.25 or 4.15?

.25 is a quarter
Why would you put 4.3 for 4 and a half hours?
4.25 = 4 and a quarter
4.5 = 4 and a half
4.75 = 4 and three quarters
Meant to say, if you're putting it on a timesheet, check what system your employer wants you to use. With one of my employers, if I work a 7 and a half hour day, they like me to put 7:30 - 7 hours, 30 minutes. My other employer prefers 7.5.
