Is it possible to become a business teacher for high school with a BA (hons) in Business studies? after a year of studying to become a teacher of course.

Theoretically, yes. But in most secondary (high) schools, business teachers are usually expected to teach another subject as well, and usually this is either ICT or more rarely maths.
If you look at teaching 16+ the frequent combinations are business with ICT and/ or law.
