My salary and annual leave actually went up when I moved to another company via TUPE. The salary only by a couple of hundred a year (but every penny counts!) - to tie in with their salary scales - and the leave by 7 days a year, which was nice :D
Just wanted to let you know that going through the TUPE process isn't always negative.
As per buildersmate's response though, this was agreed following consultation.
