agency full time permanent work?
Please help!
If i took a job that is through an employment agency and it's permanent full time, does that mean i would be on the agency payroll or the company payroll? i would be attending interviews to get the position but would i be down as working through an agency? Or would the company take me on their books? Would this go against me applying for a mortgage?

If you work for an agency in a permenant job again it should not effect your mortgage. Your agency would then provide details of your permenant employment, and you could provide proof of income,
I think it is best to work for a company if you get the choice as you can get promoted easier, participate in pension schemes etc. But it shoudl not matter either way to your pay or mortgage.
Hi, Sometimes these types of jobs work on what's called a 'temp to perm' basis. That means that for the first 13 weeks or so you are technically under the employ of the agency. After the first 13 weeks the company takes you on. The reason that agencies do this is so that they are guaranteed to earn 13 weeks worth of commision before you go off their books. It also gives the company some time to see if you are right for the job - and vice versa.
