Your thoughts on customer service? What do you know about banking and what "this company" offers? Why do you think you're suited for this job? What can/will you offer to this job? Would you want to undergo further training? Your experience with computer systems, they may ask if you have any knowledge of specific applications/systems etc... they could ask just about anything, even current news issues etc, what you think is important to the customer etc.
They'll be looking for answers from you that demonstrates your ability, your keeness and willingness to work together in a team and deal with customers politely and efficiently. A smart appearance would be good since you may be dealing directly with customers. Try to think what they want from you and how you can provide that.
Good luck!
They may also ask standard behavioural questions... they usually start with: Tell me about a time when you.......
In these you need to give real life experience.....
Having been in recruitment, I usually tell people going to an interview to have 'achievement stories' up their sleeve for these types of questions.
Best of luck!
