addressing an email - but have 3 names...??

i need to send an email, a spec letter, to a company about a job.
however i have 3 persons names that i could address the letter to...the email address is just info@... so doesnt give any indications to who is in charge...
how best should i begin the letter ?
mention all 3 people? write their full names? first names only? just surnames?
shoudl i start with dear or hello?? or what?
or should i email a preliminary email asking them who i should direct my enquiry to?

Make it look as though you've taken some trouble and use a proper letter (snail mail) - make sure you lay it out correctly (check on google is unsure), get someone to proof read/check spelling etc. - then phone up and ask who you should send it to - it always looks better if you've made a good effort
gsloman - thanks but my question was about how best to address a letter to 3 people - not how to apply for a job.
i am 39, not a child, and freelance so must have sent out thousands of spec letters in my time, and I am quite capable of laying them out properly - i also am quite capable of checking the spelling etc for myself too...
i also put a lot of effort into them...
in my industry email is perfectly acceptable too... and actually often preferable...due to the short nature of the roles involved...
