Hi I do not know if I am in the correct category, but I will ask any way my son is returning back to Britain from Australia for a month's holiday he has now only got his Australian passport my question is does he need an English (or a european as is now) passport to gain entry? he has been out of England for 16yrs regards WHF

If he's coming for a holiday and he's an Australian citizen, then surely he can travel on an Aussie passport?

After 16 years one can only assume that his sentence of transportation has expired and that he may once again freely enter Her Majesty's realm.
