Mobile phone repairs..what are my rights ??

i posted this on another forum but someone pointed out i might be better trying here so please forgive e if you have read this already...

My mobile went away for repair on the 5th May and still has not been returned.. At first it was only to be away 10 days..then 14 then 21 then 28...then it was missing..last Monday they were to send e a new phone to the retailer (phones4u) and it would take 5 working days...i called it had not arrived in the stores order..i called head office and now the replacement has gone missing.. and all they are oofering is too send another one and it will take another 3 - 5 working days..to say i a annoyed is not the words and no one seems to be able to help me on there help line just offer me more company hand book sayings...ie..i am sorry you are annoyed and frustrated..anyone got any idea how i can get them to get there finger out...i am only 6 months into this contract so can not even threaten to cancel..thanks Elle
