can i put a cliam in

a few years ago my ex put an injunction me based upon lies. all this was proven to be lies and i'd spent approx £4000 defending myself against it.

i was wondering if anyone knows whether or not i can put a claim in against her as this was all false and i spent all this money unnecessarily.

if so how would i go about it?

Have you asked your solicitor?

I assume this was decided in a court case. If you are asking about claiming the costs back I believe your solicitor or barrister would/should have made application for costs at that time. Did this not happen?
