Are you saying your future parents in law are always bickering and you are fed up of it. I am not sure there is much you can do- you will probably be accused of interfering if you try. Can't you just keep away from them completely- maybe you and your future wife should move away.

If they divorce, who will pay for what?
Is that it, alperchino?
They need a solicitor, how old is the daughter, is she still in school?
It all depends on how much each of them paid into the marriage, acquiring the house, etc.
What relationship are all these people to you?

Boxtops your bang on, sorry guys was late last night, the daughter isn't in school no, and they are to be my mother and father in law,I think it's right to stay out the way, they just involve me, and it's highly annoying, the mother in law just says she will get everything that my father in law has and has earnt, that was all just sick of them involving me when I know nothing, cheers guys
As I said when a couple divorce the court will look at the entire situation and arrange the financial settlement. Your Father in law needs to get a lawyer and make sure the mother in laws earnings are taken into account, I get the idea that she will claim to have no income so as to get a bigger share of the money.
Her 'cash in hand' money will need to be accessed and added to the total. She may well be avoiding tax and national insurance as well so once the court start looking at the couples finances she could have a large tax bill to pay.
