Speed retarder installation on private property

Are there any legal requirements needed to be met when installing 10 miles per hour speed retarders on my drive, for example signage or planning permission? I live on a plot with 2 bungalows. I own one and all the land associated with that one bungalow, including the drive. My neighbours' property, is, in effect, isolated from the public highway, but does have right of access along my drive to get to and from her property.

It is unlikely your easement details the speed of vehicles and I would only do so having explained your reasons to your neighbour and erected signs to avoid any possible damage to his vehicle or a complaint.
