Anyone Got Any Answers To This Before 08.00 21/2/13 ?
With the absence any explanation re. my previous postings in regards the obvious fake evidence provided and back dated, could anyone think of any implications if it were shown to the trial judge prior to trial start date?

If it is particularly damaging to their case the other side will already be anxious to settle before any more costs are run up. If not, then your side will make such use of it as they think fit.
Thanks for that Fred,I assume that it is disclosed since when I commented on the content in 1/13 our barrister said he had a copy so I said the judge must have too and he agreed. To me this could/would have quite serious implications hence my idea to share it with the judge who has reserved this case to himself for 25/2 I've even toyed with the idea of inviting some un-involved but interested people to sit in on this case (listed for four days) for an independent opinion.
