Does anyone know how long the internal CCTV recordings are kept in CLCC before being rewritten,if they ever are that is ? Thank you all.

What is CLCC?

I googled it and came up with the following possibilities:

Hi notnutnut- I assume you are hoping to find CCTV evidence to support your appeal (something to do with you leaving the court at a key point).
Do you have a solicitor or are you handling this yourself.

Barmaid is probably the best person on here for this but I think she's taking a break. Peter Pedant or TonyWiltshire may be able to advise too.

From what I recall though, I am not sure the recordings, even if they still exist, will help much. Do you have reason to think they may be crucial?

can't help sorry - rather than won't help.

I just havent done anything on CCTV inside court buildings.
I thought court proceedings themselves werent . (criminal law amendment act around 1926)

why not go there and ask ?

I attend my local County Court fairly regularly and was not aware CCTV is in use, are you sure it is in CLCC, ?

I'm wondering whether notnutnut is referring to cameras at the entrances/exits rather than in the court rooms so he can show he left the building at some point during the day at the time his case was being heard
