How Would I Word A Letter

Can anyone tell me the correct wording to use in a letter stating that my late husband did not leave a will and his Estate was less than £5000.00?

Who are you addressing the letter to ?

"He died intestate" would cover the no Will part.

It's just a general letter for a bank.

They will need proof i.e Death Certificate , and anything else they may have asked for.
Just stick to the basic details as required

Dear Chrissa,
we need more info, such as (whatever it is they're looking for)

or

Dear Chrissa

Thank you for your reply. The matter is now closed
