Do I have to pay for a parcel received but not requested? Do I have to pay for postage to return it?

no, contact the company and tell them they have sent an unwanted parcel, and tell them if they want it back to send you a prepaid returns envelope.
No. I have been through this with trading standards as a company kept sending me things and demanding payment.

I was told that anything delivered to you without being requested is seen as a gift and the company are breaking the law by demanding payment
