Then when you divorce you will have to agree with your husband who gets what, or if you can't agree then the Court will decide, however the lawyers get a nice chunk while you are arguing. I agree with Ethel you need a solicitor.
yes i think he would be if you have any children i would open a bank account for them. he cant take the money of them can he! or a parent close friend.. if he isnt currently aware of your savings i would do the above its what my ex did except that was 25 thousand. from our house sale if you have managed to save it after you split i would do all in your power to keep hold of it!
