Some friends of mine have recently bought a house nearby and strangely enough on the very day that the contract was completed the former owner of the house had a massive heart attack and died. Now the former house owners belongings, furniture, clothes, everything was due to be taken by removal lorry later on that day to his new residence (which was a rented accomadation) but obviously that was cancelled. Now the relatives of this man (who didnt want to know him at all while he was alive) are all clamouring to take anything that is worth anything but nobody is interested in removing the rest of his stuff. Who's responsibility is it ? Who does it officially belong to? this man didnt leave a will?
