I want to sell my half share in a property

I own a half share in a property with a relative, i would like to sell my half share and have approached her and even thopugh she has the finances to buy me out she refuses. Can i sell my half of the property without her agreement??

It is your half to do with as you wish, so you do not need her consent to do so. Would imagine you need some expert advice from a conveyancing team. It would be in her interests to buy you out though am surprised she does not want to do this.
