I wish to thank answerbank and individuals who have responded, concerning a question raised by LainieJ re Mr Cloud. I also experience to same issue. I placed a request on 24.08.07, for amount of �39.95, money was taken straight away, I was constantly waiting for a response to the seven emails I have received. A response was received on 15.09.07, to advise that the T-Shirts have been sent out, and I should receive them next week (w/commencing 17.09.07), no T-Shirts received, futher emails sent, no response, and came across this website by chance, and from the information provided, placed a claim via paypal, now trying to resolve the dispute. Been advised by Craig Hesmondhalgh, that the items were desptached, and tracking number given, although he advises, that he "responds to all emails received", and is unable to provide me with the date the items have been despatched. I have requested a full refund of the amount of �39.95, but no response received. Hopefully the issue can be resolved via Paypal. I would like to warn people, not to use the Mr Cloud Emporium, as they provide very very poor customer service, and seem to take your money, not send out the goods, unless you complain.
