Has anyone heard of a site called 'Mr Cloud'?
I bought a t-shirt on line on 7.8.07 which has yet to arrive despite my sending 2 emails and getting no replys. Despatch is promised within 2-3 working days.
I paid through PayPal so what comeback do I have?

interesting... I bought a t-shirt back on the 26 June and it still hasn't arrived despite the money coming out straight away. I'm told it's been posted at the beginning of this month and that he wouldn't refund before the post office confirmed the loss, which is almost impossible. I paid through Google Checkout.

You have to open a dispute with paypal within 45 days of payment being sent to the seller or paypal are not obliged to investigate. Even if they find in your favour you may not get a refund as the seller may have an empty paypal account.See here for a group of us who had similar problems with a different site.

I wish to thank answerbank and individuals who have responded, concerning a question raised by LainieJ re Mr Cloud. I also experience to same issue. I placed a request on 24.08.07, for amount of �39.95, money was taken straight away, I was constantly waiting for a response to the seven emails I have received. A response was received on 15.09.07, to advise that the T-Shirts have been sent out, and I should receive them next week (w/commencing 17.09.07), no T-Shirts received, futher emails sent, no response, and came across this website by chance, and from the information provided, placed a claim via paypal, now trying to resolve the dispute. Been advised by Craig Hesmondhalgh, that the items were desptached, and tracking number given, although he advises, that he "responds to all emails received", and is unable to provide me with the date the items have been despatched. I have requested a full refund of the amount of �39.95, but no response received. Hopefully the issue can be resolved via Paypal. I would like to warn people, not to use the Mr Cloud Emporium, as they provide very very poor customer service, and seem to take your money, not send out the goods, unless you complain. Thank you also to CushtyFred for all the relevant contact details.

I was also duped by this leach. I received no apology for not getting my item, and no explanation either.
I offered Craig a chance to prove he was legit - surprise no response as usual.

I am reporting him to trading standards, bbc, lancaster guardian newspaper and various other places.

If everyone who has had a bad experience of shopping on this guy's site complains as well something may get done.

***do not buy from mr cloud he will take your money and run- i've been fighting him for 11 months to refund my money and he has ignored me until i got my solicitor & trading standards involved. he will not send you anything and will argue over and over that the goods have been sent - buyer beware!! if you are persistant you will hopefully get your money back. i doubt his 't shirt emporium' even exists judging from most things people are saying here and elsewhere! stick with it and hopefully you'll get there. if the legal theat failed, my husband was ready to jump in a car and travel the 50+ miles to lancaster to get his money back!!!

As with many others, just found this site after not receiving my goods from the company. I ordered two t shirts at the beginning of April and have had a few emails but nothing has been sent out. Also given the line about him contacting the PO to check dispatch. Wonder why his site hasn't been shut down when other comments here are almost a year ago.
