I was "seconded" to another company (Company B) by my employer (Company A) for 6 months. I actually had a contract directly with company B and was on their payroll for the six months. I now have a contract with a European subsidiary of Company A as they've sent me to work abroad for over 6 months.

I'm trying to fill in the Revenue P85 form and getting very confused - as you can probably tell from the post :-)

Does anybody know whether I need a P45 from Company B or whether it counts as my current employer sending me abroad (despite me never actually having a contract with company A itself)?
