Refund For cancelation

I recently asked for a refund on a course that I had paid for

Before asking for the refund I searched the website for terns and conditions and couldn't find any


After asking for a refund, the owner of the website replied ,quoting his policies which had mysteriously appeared since I asked for the refund.
I have a copy of the googles cached website which shows no policy

Do I have a case here? advice?

I reckon the answer is yes, if you bought the course from the website. Confront him with the sequence of events that you know happened. I reckon he will roll over.
