appeals
if an applicant/respondant is not satisfied with the decision at a land tribunal hearing can he/she appeal. If so under what circumstances would an appeal be granted. If an appeal was granted could the other side object to the apeal and again under what circumstances. Also if an appeal was granted could the other side take it straight to court rather than have to wait months for it to reach an appeal. I am probaly jumping the gun here but looking at other posts for land reg tribunal hearings I could be in for a long wait. I would be the respondant in this, maybe rather than go through the land reg I should just take the applicant to court to fight him against lodging a unilateral notice on my property. thanks
