Parking over a neighbours drive
I have a neighbour who repeatedly parks opposite my drive making it very difficult to get on/off it. He knows what he is doing and will not stop. To try and make him see sense I am tempted to park infront of his house. He has a single drive access with lowered kerbstones and has removed his front garden wall to allow his family to drive any of their 2 other cars on/off the front drive, going over the normal kerbstones.
Am I legally allowed to park infront of his house, where there are kerbstones in place, even though I will knowingly block their cars on the front of their house?
