on the way back from manchester to glasgow after the uefa cup final 2008 i was pulled over on the motorway for undertaking

i was in the middle lane doing 50 - 60 mph and undertook 4 cars in the outside lane. the traffic was very heavy and all lanes were stopping and starting all the way home as about 200,000 fans were making there way home

i admitted that i undertook 4 cars but found they were being unfair as all 3 lanes were slowing down all the time and i was not speeding or undertaking to get by some slow drivers also i think the trouble in manchester may have something to do with it as they were very keen to find out if i was a fan returning home i was also breath tested and had zero alcohol in my system which they seemed ****** off about

i have been driving for 5 years and have clean license i have been offered the driver improvement course but i refuse to pay the �155 for the course as i believe i am innocent
