Can I contact the Housing Ombudsman?
Myself and my partner have had continuous problems with our neighbours in regards to racial harassment and their children have also caused nuisance as well.
We have complained but we feel our housing association are not doing anything we have given them info on the persistent incidents we've been going through. Now our neighbours on the other side of us are making complaints about us which we know nothing about! Both neighbours it appears are plotting against us!
Can we contact the Housing Ombudsman even though we've followed the internal complaints procedure with our housing association? Thanks in advance

Your local authority may well hav an anti social behavior officer, you should try to discuss this with them as well

Thanks to all of you - I'm grateful
To Info Bank - The Racial Harassment was verbal and we reported it to the Police and the neighbour (who was at the time) a visitor to his son's property (next door) did get arrested and it went to court. The offender got a 12 month conditional discharge.
Seven months later the offender did a property exchange with his son so the offender is the one that is living next
door to us now! Complicated I know but that's what happend.
We made a complaint about this but there was nothing that
our Housing Association could do but allow it!
