i have occupied grazing land for the past 11 years paying my rent on time and when demanded, my present landlord took over the land about 7 to 8 years ago. before that i did not have a tennancy agreement , but when the landlord took over i was asked to sign a farm tennancy agreement, how ever i have never signed this agreement , but now the landlord has given me notice to qiut because i did not send back a signed copy of the agreement even though i never have , could you let me know whst rights i have .

Sitting tenants is a term that applies to long residential or assured tenancy agreements. You don't have one of these so you are not a sitting tenant.
The landlord has decided he wants to have his land back so you are going to have to quit.
