Does anybody know whether the will writing kits that you can get from all good retailers (and some bad ones too) are any good? Me and the wife are looking to put one together due to the imminent arrival of our baby and don't want to go to the expense of using a solicitor if the kits are just as good (or near enough).

Cheers

If your intentions are very straightforward with no ifs, buts and providing thats then they are excellent.

Any intention on your part to create life interests, conditional interests and so on really does need a solicitor.
