I f a builder builds houses to plan but then dosnt build the houses in the correct place and sells the houses but the title deed dosnt match is there anything that can be done.

There are three likely situations here, all of which should initially be referred to your solicitor. See whether they admit liability with the land transfer.
One - the fences / boundaries are a long way misaligned from what is should on the title plan at the Land Registry, but the house remains within the agreed plot.
Two - the house was built inside your plot boundary but Development Control (Planning) are fussing that it isn't built in a position aligning with the approved PP.
Three - the house is built in the right place but allegedly now part of it falls into someone's else plot.
