call the police
. who won't be the slightest bit interested, because it is a civil offence , not criminal.
Get a court injunction.

If it's your property, then you need to get them out asap, I had the same trouble a few years ago with a tenant who refused to leave the house he was renting from me.
Court injuctions and bailiffs can be expensive, so a bit of diy was called for, the simple solution for me was to just give a spare set of keys to the local hard man, who then let himself in, and informed the squatter that he would be moving in that very day, and didn't really want to see anybody else in his house. There was no need for threats or violence, it's surprising what a reputation can do. Squatter was gone by dinnertime. Total cost 20.00 behind the bar at the local.
However tempting it may be to use violence, DON'T, it will only backfire, and the police will be only too willing to get involved.
Agree with above. I know of someone using very willing Nigerians who moved in and 'lived' them of the property. Squatters left so quickly they did not even take their stuff with.., bonus for very willing Nigerians! No violence though!
