What can be done to enforce a Court Order if someone has breached the Order?
My wife's been ordered to keep me informed about GP visits and general wellfare of my 3 years old son but she never done that and she just ignored the letters sent to her by my solicitors.
I want to avoid very expensive solicitors fees and do it myself (to inform the Court), can anyone help?
