You would not be entitled to see an earlier revoked will. The only way you could would be if the Will were revoked by a later instrument and the validity of that instrument is in doubt, you could write a Larke v Nugus letter to the firm who drew up the latest will and ask for a copy of the Will file. Although Larke v Nugus really covers cases where validity is in doubt, it would be reasonable in these circumstances to ask. The Law Society supports Larke v Nugus letters and in those circumstances it would be correct for the solicitors to release a copy.
