I have been looking on the net but each site that may have the info I need comes with a joining fee. Is there anywhere I can look or go that is free to find out this?

Thanks

Taking Westminster Council to court for what aspect of the law? - their alleged failure to do what?
Question Author
Housing benefit overpayments on going for ten years. Westminster Housing and my HA for not rehousing me due to neighbours harassment, burglary, threatening behaviour, noise, faeces on door step. I have proof that I have been on transfer list for years but due to arrears, (no fault of mine), not offered safe accomodation. Medical letters support my application. This is a complex casesand has been going on for years. I would like to find out if anyone in similar position has taken them to court and what the outcome was.

Many thanks

Sorry I am now homeless as not returning to my flat becaue I am living in fear of my life. Any inof much appreciated.

I have a further meeting this week with Westminster Housing Options, third appointment for a review and need to know what my rights are. I noticed that another post advised someone to rent privately which is what I would like to do now. Not bothered about secure or assured tenancy or 16.000 because in my case counts for nothing

Thanks
