bt have layed a phone line over our land (bowling club) ,from an ajacent private house.it passes through trees which have grown and are stretching the wire. who is responsible for putting the matter right?it will need attendance of a tree surgeon to cut away branches ,which we agree to, but have no wish to pay ourselves
