Neighbour from hell 2!

i previously posted a question on here abouthow to deal with harrasment from a neighbour. We went to a solicitor and she suggested that any action would make tings worse and we've been in contact with the police who came to talk to us but since we have no proof for alot of things cant do anything. Our dogs have been poisoned (one died) and although we have no proof we are sure its her, she has complained about our dogs barking 3 times now (our other neighbours cannot hear anything), scratched our cars and rcently started having my brother (who is 19) chucked out of pubs and clubs in the area as she tells them he is underaged! any ideas? this is ruining out lives! My mum and dad are so stressed out that my mums hair is falling out but there seems like there nothing we can do! HELP!

hi i know this probably dosen't sound helpful, but it sonds like you are attributu=ing more to them than they are doing. I was particularly surprised by "having your brother chucked out of pubs and clubs" This would involve a big conspiracy on behalf of your neighbours AND the staff (plus if your brother is 19, he just needs to show his id, surely?)

it sounds like an awful situ, but if you cant prove anything, they best option might be to move

he only has a connexions card and they would not accept this plus the fact as he went to buy a drink she stood next to him and told them he was underaged.
