Can anyone help? My ex owes me �5k for work to her house I paid for and loans to her going back 7yrs it was made clear that these were not gifts.. Since we've split I got a signed document stating �5k would be repaid by instalments. The end date has gone and there now is a refusal to pay anything. Bad faith is now being displayed based on the fact that the document doesnt state what the �5k is for. I 'm in need of the �5k. Can I sue? How would I word my particulars?
