My ex husband has parental responsibility for both our sons, we have ongoing issues with his ability to look after the children safely and is currently not allowed to have them unsupervised. He has threatened to remove my eldest son from school, is he allowed to do this? The school have told me they cannot physically stop him as he has PR and neither of us has a residency order :(( Could someone please help asap or I wont feel safe sending him to school tomorrow x

Dont send him.

See a solicitor and get a prohibitive steps order.

Do this ASAP

Will it go against me to not send him to school? or will it be seen as a good reason to keep him home?
send him to school tell the school you are getting an residency order today book to see a solicitor today. you will go in front of the court for a prohibitive steps order that will stop him untill he you both go to court for an residency order. if you can leagl aid all the better if not it will cost about 1500

i have done all this a few months ago.
this way if he did not bring him back after a vist you can call the police with this order
hope this helps.
do as above asap. i have a residency order and my daughter is not allowed to collect my grandson from school under any circumstances the school were very co-operative with this
