my husband wants name off morgage

i have been seperated for 5 years, i have payed the morgage myself for those years,my husband wants nothing to do with the house and he wants his name of the morgage,but i am on low income but i have payed it for 5 years.

Unless the mortgage is satisfied you can afford the mortgage on your income they will not take your husband's name off the mortgage, and they won't take his name off the mortgage while his name is on the deeds.
