I,m seperated from my wife,soon to be divorced.My mother has passed away leaving her house to to me and my brothers.Is my ex allowed a share of my entitlement. She is now cohabiting and preparing to marry again.

As per all the other questions on divorce it depends very much on the individual circumstances. Just how divorced are you?! If you have not yet filed a Form E then of course the monies will have to be declared....
