Can you be convicted when your flashed when going towards a speed camera?

Wotta about both at the same time....!!! big trouble then I bet.... lol

No seriously was probably doing around 48ish in a 40 and got flashed by camera on otherside, but a car was also going past at the same time in the other direction?

Have had a look at a few previous posts now and the general opion seems to be that you can get done.

But how is this possible.... no white marker lines on my side of road so how does it work out your speed then ?

And if I have been done how long can it take for the notice to get to me.... seem to remember when I got caught on a camera years ago it took about 5 months to get the ticket through in the post. (Oh well just renewed my insurance so all clear on that one.)
