housing benefit
i currently live with a very volatile man but he will not leave the house (both names are on mortgage) i have not worked since i had my baby girl and therefore rely on him soley - i am so desperate to leave but am i entitled to housing benefit ?as there is no way i could afford to pay my own rent - unfortunately i have never claimed any benefits as i have alway worked and not sure what i am entitled to - any info would be much appreciated - thanks in advance - please note that he refuses to sell the property also
