I have recently worked for a trial period cooking in a busy Kitchen. I was offered the Job but decided not to take it. I am now not being payed for the hours ive done what are my ates about claiming minimum wage?

How many hours did you work? If it was a few hours- maybe even a day- that was part of the selection process and there was no agreement to pay you then I don't think you can expect anything. But if it was more than that then you may have a stronger case.

about 10 hours overall over the space of a week. Not looking good then. Nice to know people can still screw you over. Oh well cheers anyway mate
I think you should be paid for some of this time. Hopefully Buildersmate will see this and will advise. I think you should write and ask them to pay you.
And this case shows the importance of clarifying the terms of any trial period.
