maybe getting sacked

ok again without rambling i sent a letter to a woman very clean but i said i liked her stockings fishnets she went to the cops ,breach of the pease sexual , got finned but it got tin the papers, round the same time a woman working where i do very nice both ways got talking non sexual but established e mail with i asked her out twice and she said no she said stop e mailing her i said ok thats all ,a union rep at work who hates me and would love to see me sacked has stirred things up trying coralate the two with amnagment ,ive been issued with the harasment laws at work act . and rumour has it they wan to punnish me with sack .the woman dont work here now but has left or made a story saying i followed her home and she feard for her safety complete lie . thing is this was writen in the paper against the first woman which was made up also sensationalising bye the paper , its been since march the 2 instances and have been told its all over with bye managment but as i said stirred up agin

my union rep has badmouthed me to all the other reps in my work they are all easillly led ie he,s the unoin conveynor they are reps , once had an argument with the conveynor and he said go to the officails i dont think they will beleive you over me basicly no one takes this guy on there scared of him i told him im not ,other thing why we hate each other is ive had so much reigeous badness from him as im catholic hes prody, rangers fan orange lodge , me stuffed he once told me yes i might have to be in the same room as you but i dont have to say anything wink wink basicly no help

So you haven't been dismissed? Unless you have, there isn't much of a legal answer I can help with.
If you have a grievance about the behaviour of a fellow employee or your manager, then take it up with your line manager. You do not have to use a Union Representative to accompany you in putting your case - you can DIY or bring another colleague.
Frankly I'm still not clear what your complaint is.

thanks factor 30 there is anothe questions somewhere about me no t in this streem, understand about rambling and no comm,as or dots but under a great deal of strain ,looking for moral support . now tht im getting ,been reported for harasment at work ,have a look at headings under my name to catch up bye all
