wrong address

a couple of weeks ago my daughter had her 5th bday, she got loads of cards but one was missing off her uncle, who never misses any of them. I phoned him up and he said he sent it to 165 instead of 163 which is my address. Now the address it went to is someone im having difficulties with as she reported my kids for being racist, which they aint. Anyway her uncle said he put £20 inside which he always does, the neighbor is a spiteful bitch and my daughter didnt receieve her card which can only mean one thing, she either threw it away or kept it, is there anything i can do

no. How do you know it wasn't pilfered by the postman? Or simply lost in the post? Have you actually asked her for it? I sometimes get things sent to me in mistake that sit on the side for ever!
