I've been paying my ex money for my daughter since the break up. my daughter said she was getting things paid for like toilet stuff and girly bits etc, so i stopped paying my ex and put money in my daughter account and pay a mobile phone for her. CSA contacted me and i sent in wage slips! i now have an IUC etc......
can any one advise me on best practise please
thanks

I'm not sure what you're saying.. your ex spent the money on herself? or spent it on your daughter's toiletries and girly stuff?

or do you just want to know what happens at an IUC?
I think you are saying your ex wasn't using the money you paid her to buy your daughters toiletries and girly bits, but was spending it on herself??? so you paid the money direct to your daughter. Sadly CSA doesn't work that way,you have to pay the money to your ex and it is up to her what she buys with it.
the thing is your ex is spending the money on otherthings .the best to do is put money into an account for her till shes 16but call the csa and tell them that and also tell them that your wifes not directly spending the money on your daugther your not buying her soap.tipical woman still think they can get away with everything.
